Lusine Arakelyan


She is a founder member of “Civil Consciousness” NGO. She was reelected Board Member of the NGO on September 18, 2017.

By the decree of the Chairman of the Organization, signed on 23.09.2017, she was reappointed the NGO’s Chief of Staff.

Was born in 1993 in Yerevan, the Republic of Armenia.

In 2015 she graduated from the Center for European Studies at Yerevan State University. She was awarded the Master’s Degree of European Studies in the field of “European Studies”. In the framework of the Master’s program she also studied at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. 

In 2014 she graduated from Yerevan State University of Languages and Social Sciences after V. Brusov. She was awarded the Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Communication in the field of “Linguistics and Intercultural Communication” (English) with specialization in Political Science.

From 2012 to 2013 she participated in the “School for Female Leaders” program held by National Democratic Institute working in Armenia, from 2014 to 2015 participated in “School for Young Leaders” program.
