International Students’ Day with “FSF” SU


On  November 17 “Civil Consciousness” Liberal NGO’s “Free Students’ Forum” Student Union celebrated the International Students’ Day in a very significant way gathering in one place all the students acknowledging the importance of the day.

During the event  heads of the Organization’s Structural Subdivisions and University Clubs delivered speeches highlighting the importance of students in formation and development of civil society.

One of the Organization Board Members, Astghik Matevosyan, stated that “Civil Consciousness” Liberal NGO is a platform for uniting students from different universities with the help of “Free Students’ Forum” SU that finds solutions to various student problems. The Clubs of Yerevan State University, Armenian State University of Economics, Russian-Armenian Universiy, French University in Armenia serve the above-mentioned purposes. Jasmine Shahbazyan, the Coordinator of Economic Club and the Head of The ASUE Club marked that her dream is to see a conscious student in Armenia. “We are united over one aim: to raise consciousness among students. And means of reaching it are very different, everyone is free to think about various bizarre and incredible ideas and we accomplish them together. We are doing this for the sake of the student”.
